Hi! I’m Christina. I’ve been working with Ben since 2021 when he trained me for Miss Virginia USA, helping me win the title and go on to place top 16 at Miss USA.

I’m thrilled each of you are taking this first step and trusting Ben with your health and fitness journey! He mirrored this four week program after the one he created to get me in the best shape of my life before the Miss USA stage. It’s specifically designed to work with the female body—toning, strengthening and leaning your muscles without the need for countless hours in the gym!

Give us 15-20 minutes a day and he’ll give you results you’ll be proud of. I’ll be doing the program with you to offer encouragement every step of the way.

I want to personally welcome each of you to what I truly believe is the best women’s fitness program on the internet. Having worked with thousands of females has allowed me to fine tune my training methods enabling the very best programming for women. I am a firm believer that God made each woman uniquely beautiful but it’s up to you to keep your fitness and health as a top priority. I designed this program to do just that.
